Marketplace Auto-Delist is a public application developed and operated by Eco Brand Japan K.K. (エコブランドジャパン株式会社). The application is designed for merchants who manage the same inventory across multiple ecommerce platforms and want to reduce overselling through coordinated inventory synchronisation and controlled delisting.
Marketplace Auto-Delist connects with Next Engine and supported external platforms, including Zalora, WooCommerce, Mercari Shops, and Rakuten. When a sale is detected on one platform, the application identifies matching SKUs listed elsewhere and prepares delisting actions to help prevent double selling.
For supported workflows, the application sends Slack notifications that list the affected SKUs. Delisting is executed only after an authorised user confirms the action through the Slack approval flow. The service may also generate Excel previews, maintain execution logs, and run daily SKU scans for operational review.
The application accesses order, product, listing, and inventory information only as needed to detect sales events, compare SKUs, coordinate listing status across connected platforms, and record operational logs related to those actions.
The application is provided on an as-is basis. While Eco Brand Japan K.K. aims to operate the service reliably, merchants remain responsible for reviewing their marketplace configurations, inventory policies, and approval settings. Eco Brand Japan K.K. is not responsible for losses arising from platform outages, API changes, incorrect merchant data, or user approval decisions.

Marketplace Auto-Delist は、ネクストエンジンおよび Zalora、WooCommerce、メルカリShops、楽天市場などの対応プラットフォームと連携します。いずれかのプラットフォームで売上が検出された場合、他のプラットフォームで出品中の同一SKUを特定し、二重販売防止のための出品停止処理を準備します。
対応するワークフローでは、対象SKUの一覧を Slack に通知します。削除処理は、権限を持つ担当者が Slack 上で確認した場合にのみ実行されます。また、本サービスは Excel プレビューの生成、実行ログの記録、日次の全SKUスキャンなどの運用機能を提供する場合があります。
本アプリは、売上検知、SKU照合、接続済みプラットフォーム間の出品状態の同期、ならびに関連する運用ログの記録に必要な範囲で、受注情報、商品情報、出品情報、および在庫情報にアクセスします。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。Eco Brand Japan K.K. は安定運用に努めますが、各事業者は自身のモール設定、在庫運用方針、承認フロー設定を確認する責任を負います。プラットフォーム障害、API仕様変更、事業者側のデータ不備、または利用者の承認判断に起因する損失について、Eco Brand Japan K.K. は責任を負いません。
